You should start conversations with these people, recommend them for #followFriday, retweet, or reply to them or comments that they make.    I recommend TweetDeck, if you are going to use Twitter software I think you should stay away from the programs that claim instant followers, friends, etc. Instead use the software applications out their that allow you to streamline your social marketing efforts. TweetDeck does this well and is free, and it also is available on both Mac, and PC
4. How do I find friends on facebook?
   I would recommend first using the add friends feature from facebook that allows you to find friends from your email address book. This will look for all the people in your email address book who currently have a facebook account and will send then ones you select an invitation to beomce your facebook friend. After you have done this you will also want to join facebook fan pages, and groups. This will allow you to interact with people who share similar interests as you. Another popular way to find friends on any social networking site is by cross promoting. For example you may want to send a tweet out asking people to join your facebook or vice-versa. Also you may want to add a button on your website that links to your Lnkedin, Twitter, Facebook, andmySpace accounts.
5. How effective is Twitter?
   Twitter has a tendency to bring in approximately in between 1% and 2% of the followers that you have to your website link. This number will vary dramatically based on your topic and how targeted your followers are.
6. Should i use Social Media to Brand myself, or company?
   Yes, remember the days when having a website was pointless?
